Complex Litigation
Complex litigation refers to litigation that requires significant legal analysis and the development of extensive and/or remote facts. These cases may involve class action litigation with numerous parties and potential class representatives or an obscure area of law not frequently litigated. Complex litigation also often refers to a significant expenditure of time, the retention of expert witnesses, and an outlay of capital to establish the case.
There is no legal issue too complex for the Norman Law Firm. While we will not take every case, typically the complexity will not be the determining issue of whether we sign on or not. If your case has merit and potential we will not shy from taking a complex litigation case.
